Often, yes. Once glazing is installed we can do a provisional measure from site (with the builder's permission), or work from your approved plans to get manufacturing started. We confirm final measurements once you have keys and before installation, so nothing is cut to a guess.

Will exterior awnings or venetians need estate approval?+

We specify clean profiles and estate-appropriate colours, and can supply the product documentation owners typically submit for architectural approval. Well-specified exterior systems are approved routinely in estates like Helderfontein.

Our living room is double-volume — what actually works up there?+

Motorisation, essentially. Anything above stair-void height or across a double-volume wall of glass needs a remote or app-controlled system rather than a chain — and if you're planning it before the ceiling's closed up, a concealed recess is worth considering too.
